Section 7 - Duties of the Committees

3. Collective Bargaining

   1. to research all information pertinent to conditions of service and be familiar with all legislation pertinent to teacher employment and the Association collective bargaining goals and objectives;

   2. to provide input on draft proposals, rationale and costs;

   3. to present to the Unit Executive any input and/or recommendations regarding a tentative agreement, job action or conclusions of the negotiating process, prior to presentation to the Bargaining Unit members.
